Yoga Stretches

YOGA CLASSES

 

You probably know that yoga improves strength, balance, and flexibility, but did you know that it can also promote relaxation, lower stress, and improve mental health? Yoga can also relieve back pain, arthritis symptoms and can help improve your heart health through slow movements and deep breathing.

Join us for yoga on the first & third Saturday of the month* at 3:00 PM! Free and open to the public.
