What do you want to be?

Together, we can make it happen.

Sometimes life forces choices that don’t feel like choices at all. At Life Learning Center, we believe in a different kind of choice, one that begins with a question: What do you want to be? This isn’t an easy question to answer and can be even harder to make true. But we are committed to helping you realize the life you want and make it your reality. If you’re ready to put in the work, we are here to support you as you become a success story.

About the program

Our Foundations for a Better Life™ Program was developed to address common barriers that stand in the way of a successful, productive life and teach people how to overcome them.

Overcoming life’s obstacles

Our 12-week curriculum covers five key categories—physical, financial, spiritual, emotional and relational—and includes a career readiness component. During the program, you’ll develop the life skills you need to face hardships with resilience, step up to your potential, and find and sustain stable employment.

Led by peers

Many of the people who work and volunteer at Life Learning Center have been where you’ve been and made a choice to change their life for good. You’ll always feel safe, understood and respected in a judgment-free environment.

Support along the way

Changing your life is a journey and we are here for the long haul. As a program graduate you’ll have access to these services and more as you choose your path to a better life.
